Functional Training Facility
"The Ludus"
The Northeastern Primal Life Functional Training Facility (nicknamed "The Ludus") is your very own exercise and training space. "The Ludus" translates from Latin to mean "training school," with the most famous ludi being the ones that trained gladiators for the ancient Roman games. Equipped with everything from kettlebells to slam balls, steel maces to tractor tires this facility has everything you need to get a full-body, functional workout. The use of this training space comes with enrollment to the monthly packages (except with the online package), and guess what?... Its private! That means during the times that you schedule, you have the option to have complete privacy during your workout. An instructor (me) will be on the grounds during the business hours, and will also be available to work with you in guidance and/or motivational support. Fitted with a bluetooth enabled stereo, you can blast whatever it is you choose to fire you up, wear just about anything you want (or don't want), and if you're like me, workout barefoot. There will also be time slots available for a daily rate for those people who have not yet enrolled and are vetted clients. Come check us out here on the beautiful Cumberland Head point.
