Steel Mace Flow

Any Level Class

 $20 Day / $60 Month

 Includes:

- Classes every M/W/F @230pm

- Class Saturday @1pm

- 16 Classes per month (60 min. each) *

- No Mace Required

* Classes have the capability to be hosted through an online video conference. (ZOOM)

Great for busy Moms and Dads!

$20 Day fee for non-enrolled clients to book the facility for a Private/Open functional training time slot.

$50 private to include trainer working with you during your Private session.

** VETERANS receive a 10% discount on the 1 month and 3 month packages (With proof of DD-214 proof)

+ $75 hourly meeting rate applies to any additional meetings outside of the package you choose
